All prices listed are in Canadian dollars currency.
WARNING!: There is no refund if you send in United States Dollar currency!
The term "character" below refers to each individual pose, even if the different poses are of the same particular character. For example, if a picture includes Sailor Moon standing, and Sailor Moon sitting, that counts as two (2) characters).

Cost of background may be lowered or waived at my discretion, depending on complexity and/or amount.
Animals and similar companion creatures (such as Pokemon) are usually considered as part of background, not as characters.

:star: 2. PAYMENT :star:

2-1. The only mode of payment accepted is Paypal.
2-2. The entirety of payment is to be made before any work is actually done.
2-3. No refunds unless extraordinary circumstances.

:star: 3. ACCEPTED PROJECTS :star:

3-1. I can take a shot at any kind of character, creature, or monster, though I'm at my best drawing pin-ups of any kind of female character. Specialty in underwater scenes.
3-2. I reserve the right to refuse projects that are either too perverse, too kinky, too fancy in scope, or too complicated for my skill level and/or tastes. (see 4. RED FLAG LIST below)
3-3. Nudity and sexuality are acceptable, subject to approval. (see 4. RED FLAG LIST below)

:star: 4. THE RED FLAG LIST :star:

4-1. Any items on this list are marked hot - meaning there's a high chance I will refuse to do them, either by personal conviction or by admittance of failure to possibly satisfy the customer regarding said items.
4-1.  Considering the high number of fetishes running around, I may add to that list whenever I bump into something I don't like/feel comfortable working with.

* Complicated machines (like motorcycles or mecha).
* Pregnant women.
* Anything with diapers.
* Heavy bondage (things having more than say, two or three straps or knots). Straitjackets fall into this category.
* Feet fetishes.
* "Untransportables": Girls with boobs so huge they need a wheelbarrow to move around. (this really creeps me out)
* That anime/manga tentacly thing.
* Culture-build females.
* Wrestling scenes.
* Aarie, my mascot/original character, in any kind of sexual situation.
* Any kind of scatology or otherwise gross thing (vomit, farts, etc).
* Gore or extreme violence like severed body parts or beheading.
* Explicit torture (drowning possibly excepted)

:star: 5. SKETCHES AND WIPs (Work-in-Progress) :star:

5-1. I usually work "straight-to-video" - that is, I make the final pic without going through sketches and/or WIPs.
5-2. If you want sketches and/or WIPs, you need to ASK for them beforehand. Otherwise I will assume I am left to my own devices and attempt to make something based on any reference material you already have given me, and/or my little nuggin'.

:star: 6. COLOR :star:

6-1. I am sadly very limited in technical versatility: I draw only with a measly .5 mechanical pencil. No ink, no color, nada. If you want one of my pieces colored, you will have to shop around to find someone willing to do so.

:star: 7. ORIGINALS :star:

7-1. I keep all original pics. You will have to make do with a high-res scan of the finished piece, which will be sent privately to your DA account or email address, whichever is the most convenient to you.

:star: 8. POSTING AND CONFIDENTIALITY :star:

8-1. I might ask permission to post a particular picture on my Deviantart gallery and/or other gallery for promotional purposes, provided the picture is of appropriate nature (i.e. no X-rated material on DA, for example).
8-2. Customers are free to post the picture on their Deviantart gallery or any other appropriate gallery, or share the picture any other way they see fit.
8-3. Any and all communications between customer and me will remain entirely confidential. If you tag a picture as "private material", it will never be posted anywhere or shared to another third party.
8-4. By default, I assume I have posting rights if a customer post the picture himself, or if I notice a colored version has been posted at a later date.

:star: 9. RESERVATION, a.k.a. THE TICKET LIST :star:

9-1. Commissions are always open, you just need to take a reservation, also known a s a TICKET, to be added to the Waiting List.
9-2. There is no payment required when taking a TICKET, payment will be made on the month I reach your reserved spot.
9-3. There's a limit of one (1) picture per person on this list due to my large number of customers. However, you may ask to be added to the AUTO customer list, so when I finish one of your pictures, you will be added automatically to the end of the queue (I recommend you still keep an eye out for renewal to check for possible mistakes on part).
9-4. Unfortunately, I work rather slowly, so I can work on a maximum of nine (9) commissions at a time per month. This is known as the "Current List" of commissions.
9-5. Although I try to complete my orders in the order received, changes can and will happen, depending on communication/payment delays, sketches requirements and approval, my personal timetable, and random events. In any case, completion of work WILL be done the same month of payment.
9-6. Due to the large amount of traffic, I can only hold on to a TICKET for so long, which is usually the end of the month on which you have a reserved spot.
9-7. As a rule of thumb, I produce one piece every three days, so you can approximate when a given picture will be completed. Again greatly variable due to changes!
9-8. You can check my commission schedule here, updated more or less regularly:

Hello,

I'm very interested in commissioning you a concept sheet, and I see commissions are always open.

How do I submit a ticket so that I'll be added to the waiting list?
